Iowa Parents United

One of the main themes going into this legislative session is parental rights and protecting our children's innocence during this culture war *FOX a little over the top but on point, that is sweeping our nation.

Iowans 4 Freedom has recently launched Iowa Parents United in an effort to provide support, resources and a place to collaborate for local parent groups who have found themselves in a battle for the hearts and minds of their children.

In partnership with other Iowa and national freedom organizations and our freedom loving legislators, we will also be supporting and promoting legislation that will be geared towards restoring parental rights and protecting our children from the alphabet organizations who have infiltrated our school systems. Organizations like CASEL, Second Step and Panorama.

You've probably heard of DEI, CSE, SEL, CRT and ESG just to name a few. In this Parents Unite talk, expert Dr. James Lindsay provides a great overview of some of these organizations.

SEL begins at the 40 minute mark. It's important for parents and school board members to learn about these organizations, their origins and their agendas.

Our Governor is on board and up for the task. She's been quoted as saying that education is her number one priority this session and that a "Parental Bill of Rights" is on the agenda.

Small town Iowa communities are "waking up" to the woke agenda and are pushing back.

Van Meter Iowa Parent's "Back to Basics" Petition sparks the attention of local and national news. We've been told that the petition already has nearly 200 signatures which represents as many as 30 percent of the voters in the small community's last school board election.

None of this is going away without parent involvement. The time for sitting on the side lines has passed.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer a German Lutheran pastor, theologian and anti-Nazi dissident once said,

Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.

Please join us at Iowa Parents United for updates, information, resources, intelligent conversation and calls to action.

In the spirit of freedom,
