KAIROS MEN: THE CALL TO LEAD
Leadership is not simply a position or title. It begins when a man accepts responsibility—for his own life, for the people entrusted to him and for the community around him.
Kairos Men: The Call to Lead is an evening focused on faith, family, service, resilience and the responsibility men carry in shaping their homes, churches, businesses and communities.
This will not be a night of canned speeches. The centerpiece of the evening will be an honest, moderated conversation with men who have experienced leadership from very different perspectives—including law enforcement, ministry, youth mentorship, public service and community leadership.
Together, we will explore what it means to lead with humility and courage, remain faithful under pressure, overcome adversity and step forward when it would be easier to remain on the sidelines.
